The RGM Model 25 “Birds of America” (Glossy Ibis) showcases an American theme in miniature, hand-painted on mother-of-pearl. Inspired by Audubon's famous plates, this dial tells the story of America's birds, blending scientific precision with artistic poetry.
Every detail is meticulously crafted by a French craftsman: the pattern is sketched then painted in several layers, with passages in the oven to fix the paint, creating a lively and deep effect.
The movement, based on the reliable ETA 2892-A2, has been optimized by RGM to offer 53 to 56 hours of power reserve and a decorated gold rotor, a symbol of American watchmaking excellence.
The 40mm steel case, crafted in Pennsylvania, highlights the dial with its large aperture and slim bezel. The blued steel hands showcase the beauty of the hand-painted bird.
