Nepro, based in La Chaux-de-Fonds, established itself in the 1950s as a pioneering brand combining watchmaking and electronics. Inspired by the technologies used in space exploration, Nepro developed several avant-garde innovations, including LCD and LED electronic watches, as well as one of the first quartz solar watches in the 1970s.

In 1976, the brand launched the Neprosolar, a rechargeable solar watch with a futuristic design and LED display, which has now become a true icon of retro-futuristic watchmaking style.

Almost 50 years later, this iconic model is being reissued, faithfully preserving its original spirit while combining vintage aesthetics with contemporary technologies.
